Practicing brushing and flossing on daily basis will help you maintain a healthy and great looking smile by preventing dental issues and gum problems. Oral cleanliness is more than just clean teeth and a fresh breath; it is the most ideal approach to keeping a great oral well-being.

Better Nutrition

Your teeth are fundamentally your most important asset when it comes to efficiently consuming food and nutrition. Practicing good oral hygiene habits keeps up the longevity and proper functioning of your teeth. Poor oral habits can prompt holes, tooth loss, and infections or inflamed gums, all of which hamper your capacity to eat good foods. Why? If your teeth start to be sensitive or hurt, you are going to struggle to eat certain foods that you enjoy. This is likely to also affect not only your long-term health but your wellbeing.

Body Health

It’s not that easy to have a perfect, well cared after smile and be overall healthy, however, science has discovered a great relationship among oral and general wellbeing. For instance:
  • Ladies with gum problems demonstrate a more prominent frequency of pre-term, low-birth-weight babies.
  • Individuals with poor oral cleanliness demonstrate an expanded danger of creating coronary illness.
  • Diseases of the mouth present genuine dangers to other real organs
  • Issues biting can prompt intestinal disappointment, peevish gut disorder and other stomach related issues.

So what makes up great oral cleanliness?

Great oral cleanliness is all that you need to do to keep your mouth, teeth and particularly your gums healthy. Doing this, however, requires more than brushing once per day. Ensure that your everyday oral practices  incorporate:
  • Brushing properly somewhere around two times per day.
  • Flossing at least once every day.
  • Using a mouthwash will help eliminate germs, however, it isn't absolutely necessary.
You as an individual most likely only care about your daily every day dental habits which maintain your smile in great health. This, however, is not enough. You need to see your dental specialist on regular basis as they can spot issues which you are likely to overlook, which can bring risk to your smile over time. A dental expert can likewise help you by revealing to you ways you can improve your oral hygiene methods between visits. It's essential that you plan your standard visits at regular intervals, and visit your dentist sooner if you experience any pain, uneasiness or constant wounds to the mouth.

I have been undertaking a cosmetic treatment (Invisalign) for around eight months here, off the back of a recommendation of a friend who had the same treatment. The professionalism and perfectionism with which my treatment was delivered was outstanding, as was the general service and were all of the staff I encountered.

My dentist Dr. Wahab Shakir was particularly great, with a friendly, reassuring manner and an eye for detail. He always went above and beyond, without ever being asked.

I'm now almost at the end of my treatment and couldn't be more pleased with how treatment has gone. Given the service and end result I'd also consider it excellent value for money.

Keep up the good work Museum Dental Suites!

Firstly what a great dentist, all the staff were friendly and very helpful as this was my first time here.

I had called for an emergency appointment due to a sudden cracked tooth and Dr Wahab Shakir despite the end of day fast approaching (30 minutes till close) he said he would see me.

The treatment was not straight forward due to the crack but Dr Shakir after a lengthy time managed to save the tooth/restore it and prevent what I believe most dentists would have done which install a crown - Thank you!

Highly recommend this dentist and service and I am grateful for not only seeing me within an hour but also staying passed closing time and finally for doing a Stella job.

Marios, my dentist is extremely patient and cares about your dental care and the service you receive. Just received my new dentures and they have been done to a very high standard and am very pleased. I have nothing but praise for the staff and the treatment/service I received.

Best dentist ever hands down. Least painful and least scary experiences here (I'm usually really scared of going to the dentist, and even find the initial anaesthetic injection painful) - they really care about the patient, and making sure you're comfortable, results are also fab. Seriously can't imagine a better dentist!
